The Supervisory Board has appointed Dariusz Seliga as the Chairman of the PKP CARGO S.A. Management Board. A resolution has also been adopted to appoint Zenon Kozendra to the Management Board for another term of office and to appoint him once again as a Member of the Management Board – Employee Representative.
Chairman Dariusz Seliga has been involved in the railway industry for years, mainly with PKP CARGO Group. In 2016 he became President of PKP CARGO CONNECT sp. z o.o., while three years later he was appointed Member and later Chairman of the Management Board of PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL a.s.
The new Chairman of PKP CARGO is a graduate of the Paweł Włodkowic University in Płock (majoring in administration), postgraduate studies at the L. Koźmiński Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management in Warsaw and the National Defence Academy, where he completed a four-year doctoral programme.
Mr Dariusz Seliga also completed post-graduate managerial studies Executive MBA Railway Sector. Moreover, he has many years of experience in acting as a member of management and supervisory boards of capital companies.
Since 2004, Dariusz Seliga worked in the Warsaw administration as the Plenipotentiary of the Mayor of the City of Lech Kaczyński. In 2005, he became the Mayor of the District of Włochy, and then for three terms (V, VI and VII) he was a deputy to the Sejm of the Republic of Poland.
In turn, Mr Zenon Kozendra is a graduate of the University of Administration in Kielce and postgraduate studies in Management at the Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw. He can boast several dozen years of professional experience gained in the railway industry. He held the position of Employees’ Representative on the Management Board and Supervisory Board of PKP CARGO S.A. several times. From 2006 to 2009 he sat on the Management Board of the Association of Railway Employers in Poland.
Mr Zenon Kozendra is a promoter of partnership management – he has shared his best practices at, inter alia, the HR Congress, the Manager’s Congress and the European Economic Congress in Katowice. He is the initiator of implementing the CSR idea in PKP CARGO – socially responsible business.
At present, the Management Board of PKP CARGO S.A. consists of three members

Mr Marek Olkiewicz – Member of the Management Board for Operations,
Mr Zenon Kozendra – Member of the Management Board, Employee Representative.
