On 2 February 2026, Mr Ondřej Dostál became the new Chief Human Resources Officer at PKP CARGO INTERNATIONAL. He replaced Ms Hana Caltová in this position.
Ondřej Dostál has many years of managerial experience in the field of Human Resources management. He began his professional career in 2009 as Deputy Director and Member of the Statutory Body at the UNESCO Elementary School in Uherské Hradiště, and then concurrently served as a Specialist for the Zlín region at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. In 2016, he worked in the human resources department of Direct insurance company, and then until now he held the position of HR Business Partner at DB Schenker, where he was initially responsible for the Moravia region and then, from 2023, for the Moravia, Slovakia, and Adriatic regions (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia), specializing in logistics. He graduated from the Faculty of Education at Masaryk University in Brno.
