Chairman of the Board PKP CARGO Dariusz Seliga has found himself in the prestigious ranking of the MIT Sloan Management Review Poland magazine of the most effective managers of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Dariusz Seliga was ranked 6th in the ranking of the 10 best CEOs of medium-sized companies included in the mWIG40 index. A total of 30 managers of companies from the WIG20, mWIG40 and sWIG80 indices were honoured, who managed „in difficult situations“ and were able to „build the value of their companies in periods of crisis“.

The list was compiled on the basis of four key criteria. The first is the total shareholder return in 2022 discounted by the growth of a representative index for the company. The second indicator relates to the change in the nominal value of capitalisation over the 2022 horizon, discounted by the return of an industry index representative of the company in question. The third element considered in the CEO performance price is the market indices calculated on the basis of the data published in the financial reports for the four quarters of 2022. Profitability ratios calculated from data published in annual reports were also important.
„MIT Sloan Management Review“ is a magazine aimed at the new technology industry, which has been published by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology since 1959.
